Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
- Provide outstanding customer service, project plans, and execute projects including any necessary follow-ups. Monitor and report status on timelines and progress.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment, self-motivating, show initiative and a strong sense of urgency, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Act independently or within a team structure to accomplish customers' goals and objectives.
- Identify resources needed for projects and manage them throughout the lifecycle.
- Able to identify next steps when given an assignment or task and ask questions when unsure, to prevent unnecessary delays in responses and timelines.
- Communicate with multiple teams, customers, and other leadership members including executives displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Produce clear and concise communication and documentation that may be provided to Customers or other IT Teams.
- Advocate for our customers and serve as the conduit with multiple teams including hosting, network, security, procurement, and vendors through which requirements flow to deliver solutions.
- Work independently with our customers to understand needs, pain points, and problem statements, solutions, timelines.
- Assist Tiers 1 and 2 Support if needed and provide Tiers 3 and 4 Support as required.
- Coordinate with internal resources and vendors as needed to order equipment, services, and support.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing or potential solutions and work closely with other change-agents to implement resolutions.
- Support services used at both our corporate and remote site locations including Network, Hosting, and Security Services.
- Engage and collaborate with GCE Systems, Network, and Security Teams for projects, changes, and problem-solving.
- Provide VPN Support for remote users.
- Deliver network services using multi-purpose network and security devices.

- Deliver Network Services using multi-purpose network and security devices and Wireless Infrastructure at main and remote sites.
- Intermediate skills in Networking.
- Ensure proper monitoring, backups, and business continuity measures are in place.
- Track hardware and software for all systems related to business and site services.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as required to provide support and maintenance for systems, and to ensure 24/7 support and troubleshooting of business-critical database servers.
- Willing to work "on-call" regularly.
- Travel to remote sites as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Experience/ Education
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline (computer science, information technology, etc.) from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent work experience, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
- An equivalent combination of directly related work experience, certifications, and education may be substituted upon supervisors approval.
- Prior Project Management or Business Analyst experience a plus.
- Prior experience managing projects a plus.
- Prior Windows and Network System Administration experience a plus.
- Writing and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to facilitate the delivery of IT solutions for business needs.
- Must successfully pass background check.
